Electrician Apprenticeship and Training of Oak Ridge

The Oak Ridge Electrical Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC) offers apprenticeship training for those with a real interest in studying and working to become a qualified ELECTRICIAN. Our program is not just classroom training where one pays tuition and earns nothing during their education or training. Our program costs little but provides an income while learning the trade.

This website will tell about costs, earnings, benefits, rewards as well as expectations for those selected.

We, like all apprenticeship programs, are unable to select everyone that applies. We have a screening and selection process to help identify those with the best potential for and the greatest interest in becoming a well rounded craft worker. Read and study this site to learn about our minimum requirements as well as the rules and policies.

Be certain to know that we do not discriminate against anyone. But, we do our best to select those with the greatest potential to succeed in our related training classes as well as on our job sites where we must show our superior skills, knowledge and work ethics.
